Spain have a clean sweep of group victories in their sights

The Spanish national team is preparing as thoroughly as ever for Monday's Euro 2024 match against Albania

No one in the national team is getting complacent after the two dazzling footballing displays that have taken Spain into the last 16 of the European Championships as the top team in Group B.

The national team are already thinking about Monday's match against Albania at the Düsseldorf Arena, with which Luis de la Fuente and his team will be hoping to string together their third victory of the competition.

With rain turning up as an unexpected guest, the 26-man squad trained on Saturday morning at the SV Aasen 1928 facilities, in what will be their penultimate training session before the match against the Balkan team and which was preceded with the coach meeting with the fans on the edge of the pitch for a few minutes.

Spain are scheduled to return to the training pitch for the final time this Sunday before travelling to the capital of The Rhineland, where the squad will stay until the day after the match against Albania.
