The Spanish national team goes to the World Cup after getting everything done

The Spanish national team wins against Jordan (1-3) Ansu Fati, Gavi and Nico scored the goals as Luis Enrique tested different techniques and distributed the minutes

Spain sparked a frenzy in Amman, where the fans were so enthusiastic that the stands of the International Stadium were full more than three hours before the match kicked off. The Jordanian national team, not that used to these events, experienced a historic moment and the home fans celebrated. They screamed and shouted from the beginning to the end. Also, a sensational show of lights and loud music enlivened the pre-match. It was a memorable match opener before the Spanish national team won (1-3), filling them with optimism for the World Cup in Qatar. Now they are full of optimism for the World Cup in Qatar. Dreaming is allowed.

It was a good test for Spain, having fulfilled the objectives announced by Luis Enrique. Thanks to the eleven changes allowed, there was a generous distribution of minutes among the internationals and the match was an opportunity for the coach to try new techniques, such as putting Laporte on the left side. The team always kept the same idea no matter who was on the pitch that is never negotiable.

The ball was controlled by the Spanish national team and from that point onwards, they began to cook up their victory. After just nine minutes, Sarabia had a shot from outside the area well defended by the Jordanian goalkeeper and four minutes later, in the 13th minute, the Spanish national team scored the first goal. Ansu Fati, after a pass from Asensio, crossed the ball with his right foot to open the scoring and celebrate it wearing the red jersey this time. It is undeniable that the striker still has a great relationship with the goal.

With the exception of an action by Robert Sanchez after an attempt by Al Naimat, the Spanish national team had the situation under control and they were always hovering in the goalmouth. Sarabia tried it with a shot that went high. Ansu came close to a second one more than once (first from the edge of the area and then with an attempt that was cleared off the line by a defender when the goal was already in sight). Asensio tested goalkeeper Al Fakhori and again Sarabia was about to score again. The Spanish national team played with joy and enjoyed the cool night in Amman. However, they went to the break with less goals than they could have scored if we check their merits and how well they played.

In the second half, and after a show, flamenco dance included, Luis Enrique change the players with the aim of giving minutes to all of them. Jordanian players came out very energetic and David Raya had to come out to the pitch to replace Robert Sanchez, but the Spanish national team regained the control soon.

In the 56th minute, the Spanish team achieved a second goal after a good play started by Carlos Soler down the right side. Gavi, who completed his great game with a goal that gave peace to the Spanish national team, picked out a loose ball in the goal area.

The coach made a change and brought on four fresh legs. The Spanish national team continued playing their game and Ferran could have scored the third goal in a very well executed counter-attack by Ansu. The icing on the cake was a powerful left-footed shot by Nico Williams in the final stage of the match.

The game continued in the same vein and the Spanish national team lived up to expectations, although Al Dardour scored a goal when the time was up. It rewarded the commitment of the willing Jordanians. The Spanish team won, they tried things out, there were no injuries and they just have to to think about the World Cup now and keep the illusion of the second star. It won't be a matter of trying.
