Spain squad fly to Mallorca

A few minutes before six o'clock this Friday evening, Spanish peninsular time, the Iberia plane carrying the national team took off from Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas airport bound for Mallorca, where it is scheduled to land an hour later.

The players and coaching staff are set to land at Palma de Mallorca airport and then head straight to their team hotel in the Balearic capital, where they will stay until the day after the match against Northern Ireland.

This Friday, national coach Luis de la Fuente and striker Ayoze Pérez will hold a press conference at the Son Moix stadium, the venue for Saturday 's warm-up match against the Northern Irish.

With the match refereed by French referee Bastien Dechepy and broadcast live on La1, Spain will play against Northern Ireland in their second and final warm-up match for Euro 2024 before the tournament opener against Croatia at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin on Saturday 15 June.
