Spain to find out their Euro2024 opponents in draw this Saturday
In the presence of the president of the RFEF management committee, Pedro Rocha, national coach Luis de la Fuente and sporting director Albert Luque, the city of Hamburg will host the eagerly awaited draw for the 17th UEFA European Championship on Saturday 2 December.
From 18:00 (Spanish peninsular time) the avant-garde building of the Elbe Philharmonic will be the setting for the event that will determine the path to the continental trophy.
Spain will be seeded in Pot A, alongside hosts Germany and the five best teams from the qualifying phase.
UEFA has named David Silva, a two-time European Championships winner with Spain, as the national team's historic representative during the draw.
Germany will go automatically into Group A and will play the opening match on 14 June on the pitch in Munich.
The remaining five teams in Pot A, including Spain, will be drawn to head one of the groups B-F, with three more teams per group, each drawn from their respective pots.
