Spain's goals against Norway on the pitch

Mon, 27/03/2023 - 13:10

Spain opened a new stage in La Rosaleda in the best way. They beat Norway, and won with a good goal difference, but it was a very demanding match that was only resolved in the final minutes. It was impossible to forget Joselu Mato's impact of scoring two goals when he had just seconds on the Malaga pitch. All in all, it was a very positive first contact with three great goals that can be enjoyed in this video.

The first came after 13 minutes. It was scored by Dani Olmo, whose numbers while wearing red are impeccable (29 caps, six goals). In a fast-paced move, Balde sent in an assist from the left flank and Olmo subtly deflected the ball with his spur to open the scoring and send the Andalusian stadium into a frenzy.

Norway held on well, but the game was settled in the final stretch with that heavenly appearance by Joselu. His first goal for Spain defined him as the excellent goalscorer he is, heading home a precise cross from Fabián Ruiz from the left flank. In the blink of an eye, he would score his brace when he pounced on a loose ball, undeniable proof of his instinct.
