Spanish football unites with the new RFEF, LALIGA and Liga F Coordination Committee.
The aim of the new structuring is to work together to grow Spanish football and working committees will be created for women's and men's football, comprising financial, legal and competition areas, among others.
Spanish men's and women's football will work together for the first time in their history in the new Coordination Committee that has been created today by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), LALIGA and Liga F.
The president of the RFEF, Pedro Rocha; the president of LALIGA, Javier Tebas, and the president of Liga F, Beatriz Álvarez, have constituted this Committee today at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. For this, they have chosen a symbolic setting, the new Sydney 2023 hall, which pays homage to the women 's world cup winning team, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Federation.
The aim is to work together to make Spanish football grow, through joint committees that will meet periodically to monitor and evaluate and will be able to make executive decisions. As such, it will be possible to settle any matters in which there may be discrepancies through dialogue and agreements.
They will be responsible for the financial, competition and legal areas, among others, of the RFEF, LALIGA and Liga F. From today, they will all work together for the benefit of Spanish men's and women's football.
