Spanish National Team training session to open to the public on Monday
This Monday, 27 November, the Spanish National Team will get together for their international training camp at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. The players’ training session at 19:00 will be open to the public free of charge until the venue is full.
The training session also provides a great second reason to come along to the Ciudad del Fútbol and enjoy the fun. As well as being within touching distance of the World Champions' training session on the pitch, those attending the the session will be able to get involved with helping a good cause that the Royal Spanish Football Federation supports, under the slogan "Don't stop playing to for solidarity", the initiative consists of a charity toy collection.
In this way, everyone at Las Rozas to enjoy the training session live is invited to bring a toy, either new or used in good condition, which the RFEF will send to different charities working with children and families in vulnerable situations. And through this great work, many children will be able to enjoy Christmas with no shortage of gifts.
At the entrance to the Ciudad del Fútbol there will be a space where these toys can be left. The toys can be either new or used. If used, they must be in good condition and with all their parts - and their packaging, whenever possible - and toys with violent or sexual connotations will not be accepted under any circumstances. The toys will be delivered unwrapped so that we can confirm that they comply with the established safety requirements.
This training session will mark the start of the final stage of the World Cup winners' bid to reach the UEFA Women's Nations League finals, and will form part of their preparation for their matches against Italy and Sweden on 1 and 5 December.
Montse Tomé's training session can also be followed live on the Royal Spanish Football Federation’s different channels.
Sing up and, this Monday, come to our national team’s open training session with a toy under your arm. This way, your visit to the Ciudad del Fútbol will be a real gift for everyone, so don't forget to play for solidarity!
