Spanish Supercopa teams arrive in Riyadh with enthusiasm

Valencia CF, Real Betis Balompié and Real Madrid are already in Saudi Arabia, while FC Barcelona will land on Tuesday

Riyadh is decked out for the Supercopa de España 2023. A renewed and spectacular tournament celebrates its fourth edition this year with the current format. From Wednesday onwards, there will be high quality football with four top teams (Real Betis Balompié, Real Madrid CF, Valencia CF and FC Barcelona) battling it out for a prestigious trophy, and its final will be played on Sunday. The King Fahd Stadium is ready to keep the ball rolling.

The first semi-finalists have already arrived in Riyadh on Monday. Valencia CF, runners-up in Copa del Rey, were the first to land in Saudi Arabia.

 

Then Real Betis team, Cup winners, arrived.

 

Real Madrid, which is taking part in the Supercopa after winning the last First Division championship, landed in Riyadh at the last minute.

 

FC Barcelona is due to arrive on Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, the official fixtures will take place between Real Madrid and Valencia. They will play on Wednesday in the first semi-final (10 p.m., 8 p.m. Spanish time). On Wednesday, Barcelona and Betis will train on Saudi territory ahead of their match on Thursday that will determine the second finalist.
