Gavi's goal and Spain's victory this Sunday in Oslo have qualified Spain for their eighth consecutive final phase of the UEFA European Championship.
Now, the team led by Luis de la Fuente relies on themselves to finish as the group champion, provided they manage to prevail in the matches next November against Cyprus and Georgia.
In the other group match played today, Georgia has won by 4 goals to nil against Cyprus in Tbilisi.
