The national team bid farewell to the town of Segovia after a six-day stay in which they have trained everyday at the Ciudad Deportiva de Los Ángeles de San Rafael.

The internationals, who met up last Sunday afternoon, completed morning training sessions from Monday to Friday, combining work in the gym with ball work on the pitch.

Intensity has been the predominant feeling during the first week as the squad prepares for the Olympic Games in Paris and for the two final qualifying matches for the EURO 2025 in Switzerland next summer.
