The National Team trains with minds set in Canada
After receiving the affection of their fans yesterday from the stands of Pitch A at Las Rozas’ Ciudad del Fútbol, the players have returned to the pitch to train with the match against Canada in their sights.
On a fresh morning, the internationals, who will face the Canadians this Friday at the Francisco de la Hera stadium in Almendralejo, had a training session focusing on both physical and tactical aspects. For this session, Montse Tomé was able to count on all available players, except for Lucía García, Ana Tejada, and Jenni Hermoso, who are joining up with the squad today.
Additionally, four players from the Under-23 squad trained with the Senior National Team: Lucía Corrales, Maite Zubieta (both for the first time), Fiamma Benítez, and Bruna Vilamala, taking advantage of the fact that Sonia Bermúdez’s squad is also in camp before playing against Italy in Las Rozas this Thursday.
