The pace speeds up for the round of last 16

The Spanish national team trained on Sunday to prepare for the decisive qualifying match against Morocco.

Batteries recharged after the day off and getting back to full strength, the Spanish national team is stepping up the pace of their World Cup trainings in Doha.

On Sunday morning, Luis Enrique and his national team braved the heat to train in a session that was useful to correct some concepts ahead of the round of last 16 against Morocco.

Dani Olmo, attacker, returned to the group, while right-back César Azpilicueta and goalkeeper David Raya continued to work separately, despite their participation in the qualifying match next Tuesday.

Before that, on Monday 5 December, the internationals will carry out a final training session before the match against Morocco, while the coach and player Pedri Gonzalez will attend the official press conference organised by FIFA.
