On Friday, April 4th, an online informational meeting took place with the participation of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the two teams competing in the Copa del Rey MAPFRE final: FC Barcelona and Real Madrid CF. This was an initial meeting to begin coordinating all parties involved in the grand celebration of Spanish football, set to take place on Saturday, April 26th, at La Cartuja stadium in Seville. The final will be broadcast live by Televisión Española, Movistar Plus, and TV3, and it will also be available in more than 135 countries around the world.

Both teams were informed that each of them will have 40% of the stadium's total capacity, which equates to 26,031 supporters per team. The Royal Spanish Football Federation is again offering part of its ticket allocation to ensure FC Barcelona and Real Madrid CF have the maximum number of supporters cheering in the stands. Ticket prices will range from €72 to €270.

Additionally, both clubs were informed about the locations of their fan zones. FC Barcelona’s fan zone will be in the southern stand, adjacent to Avenida Carlos III, while Real Madrid fans will have their fan zone in the northern section, situated in the parking lot of Parque del Alamillo. This distribution of spaces will also apply inside the stadium itself.
