The final of the Copa del Rey Mapfre takes place this 26 April at the Estadio de La Cartuja in Seville. There, we’ll witness a thrilling Clásico between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid CF—an occasion where the match ball will take on a special role. Following on from ‘Amberes’ and ‘El Primero’, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) will debut a new Adidas ball: the ‘Victoria’, which will go on to become the official match ball across all RFEF competitions.

Based on the upcoming WEURO 25 and inspired by the World Cup titles won by Spain’s men’s and women’s national teams, the ‘Victoria’ features an innovative design referencing championship rosettes and incorporating the RFEF’s corporate colours—blue, red, and yellow. In addition to being thermally bonded (with no stitching), the ‘Victoria’ bears the FIFA Quality Pro seal, ensuring excellent performance in terms of strike accuracy, bounce, and spin, tailored to the needs of the modern footballer.

The ball will make another high-profile appearance before the end of the season—at the Copa de la Reina final on 8 June, where FC Barcelona will face Atlético de Madrid. Starting in the 2025/26 season, the 'Victoria' will serve as the official match ball for all RFEF competitions.
