The Spain-Cyprus match of the classification phase of the 2024 Eurocopa of Germany, in the end, will be played on Tuesday September 12. Originally the match was to be played on Monday the 11th, but the Norwegian Football Federation asked the UEFA, as an exceptional measure, if their match to be played against Georgia could be moved due to the fact that the 11th is a national voting holiday in the Scandinavian country. Considering that they are in the same group, group A, their request was accepted to postpone the matches in order to guarantee equality for all teams involved.

The National team will face the Cypriot team in Santander, in the Campos de Sport de El Sardinero, in a meet up that will be the fourth qualifier for the 2024 Eurocopa. The match will be played at 8:45 p.m, the same time schedule as the Norway - Georgia match.
