The Spanish National Team ‘Fan Zone’ arrives in Almendralejo

Fans will be able to visit and enjoy the activities in the Plaza de Extremadura on 19 and 20 October.

The Spanish Women’s National Team are scheduled to play an international friendly match against Canada next Friday 25 October at 22h in the Francisco de la Hera stadium in Almendralejo. But, apart from the visit of the team coached by Montse Tomé, the fans will also be able to visit the National Team ‘Fan Zone’.

To mark the occasion of the visit of the World and UEFA Women's Nations League champions to the town of Badajoz, a fun, exciting and illustrative ‘Fan Zone’ will be set up where fans will be able to take part in fun activities for people of all ages. The weekend before the match there is no excuse not to enjoy the football atmosphere that will permeate the Plaza de Extremadura in the town Almendralejo. 

The Royal Spanish Football Federation and the Extremadura Football Federation have collaborated, together with the Almendralejo Town Council, so that young and old alike can get into the mood for the national team and have some fun before the match.

On the 19th and 20th of October, in the Plaza de Extremadura, from 11h to 14:30h and from 16:00h to 20:00h, you can't miss the chance to go there and have a first-hand experience of the fun activities such as: 3x3 pitch, table football, esports area, Photo Booth etc...

All those who come along will also be able to enjoy challenges with influencers and various competitions. But above all, and as the main attraction, the exhibitions of the World Cups won by the Senior and U-17 National Teams, the Nations League trophy, the European Champions Cups of the U-17 and U-19 teams and the photography exhibition ‘Road to the Star’ about the 2023 World Cup victory in Australia. 

There will be no shortage of music with DJs and entertainers to make the weekend a unique and unforgettable experience.
