The Spanish Women's National Team play Italy in Pasarón and Sweden in La Rosaleda

The matches form part of the UEFA Women's Nations League and will be played on 1 and 5 December

The Spanish National Football Team will bring all the excitement surrounding the UEFA Women's Nations League to Pontevedra and Málaga, with two massive matches in Group D of this new continental competition. The Pasarón and La Rosaleda stadiums will play host to the Spain-Italy and Spain-Sweden matches, played on 1 and 5 December, respectively.

The Galician city of Pontevedra will host the mouthwatering match between Spain and Italy on 1 December at the Pasarón stadium. The strong commitment and backing from the Real Federación Galega de Fútbol to hold the match facilitated the world champions’ appearance in the region for this vital match.

No less importantly, La Rosaleda in Malaga is the chosen venue for the Spain-Sweden match, which will take place on 5 December, and which pits the two teams at the top of the FIFA rankings up against each other. The match being played there is part of the collaboration agreement signed between the Andalusian Regional Government and the RFEF to play matches across the various categories of Spanish national football in the region. In addition to the Junta, the Malaga City Council, the Malaga Provincial Council and the Royal Andalusian Football Federation (RFAF) are collaborating in the organisation of the match.

Spain currently leads group D after beating Sweden (2-3) away and Switzerland (5-0) at the Nuevo Arcángel in Córdoba in the September international matches.
