This is what the ball for the Copa del Rey final looks like

The new adidas Amberes ball from the RFEF will be used for the first time in the big match between Real Madrid and CA Osasuna on May 6, starting at 10 p.m. at the Estadio de La Cartuja.

The ball that will be used in the Estadio de La Cartuja will be one of the great novelties of the great final of the Copa del Rey that Real Madrid and CA Osasuna will play. The new Amberes RFEF will experience its first battle in a unique event, the final of the most beautiful and special tournament of Spanish football. A premiere at the height of an unprecedented final that will focus the attention of the entire football world on May 6 starting at 10:00 o’clock.

The ball, which bears the name of the city where the Spanish National Team played its first football match, has the same construction as the successful ball used during the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Its design incorporates new colors and is personalized with the logo of the competition and the names of the two finalists. It also pays tribute to the 60th anniversary of the first European Championship won by the Spanish national team in 1964.

The new adidas Amberes RFEF will be the ball used in all competitions organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation starting with the Copa Final.

Designed from the inside out, using test data from adidas laboratories, wind tunnels and in the field, the Amberes RFEF provides the highest level of precision and reliability on the pitch thanks, in part, to its new panel shape and surface textures:

CTR-CORE: An innovative core within the ball that adjusts for improved accuracy and consistency, allowing for fast and accurate play.

SPEEDSHELL: The ball's polyurethane (PU) skin with micro and macro textures and a new 20-piece panel shape, which enhances aerodynamics for improved accuracy, flight stability and shot deflection.
