The Royal Spanish Football Federation continues to work for the development of the lower categories and has incorporated Vicente Blanco Sánchez 'Tito' (Benidorm, 1971) as assistant to the coordinator of the lower teams of the Federation. Tito will work hand in hand with Francis Hernández, who is the national base football coordinator.

With extensive experience in the world of football, Tito Blanco joins a project with many challenges. Previously, the Benidorm native launched and led the sports management of the Association of Spanish Soccer Players, he was sports director of Levante UD where he was promoted to the First Division, where he maintained the category for two seasons; and he was part of the technical secretariat of Deportivo Alavés before joining Real Oviedo, where he also held the position of sports director.

Tito Blanco, as a player, was active until 2010, starting with Benidorm CD in his hometown and training for six years at FC Barcelona B. Subsequently, CD Toledo, Albacete Balompié, Terrasa FC, CD Numancia, CF Extremadura , Real Jaén, Real Murcia, Levante UD and Alicante CF were the clubs where he developed his career, before hanging up his boots at CF La Nucía.

The arrival of Tito Blanco is part of the commitment made by the Royal Spanish Football Federation for the lower categories and for the training of players. It is also part of the renewal undertaken a few weeks ago to give new impetus to the National Team with the promotion of Luis de la Fuente and the appointment of Albert Luque as director of the national team.
