Women's Nations League final to be broadcast for the visually impaired

The Spain-France match in which Montse Tomé's team will play for their latest trophy will once again be a show of accessibility and integration.

The Spain-France match, played this Wednesday, from 19:00 at the Estadio La Cartuja in Seville, sees the Spanish national team seeking to win the UEFA Women's Nations League trophy. The action will be broadcast for visually impaired people through the already well-known application that the RFEF uses on occasions such as these.

It must be remembered, of course, that the RFEF announced a revolutionary step in inclusion and accessibility in sport by introducing an app that allows visually impaired people to enjoy football matches fully.

The app, designed specifically to provide detailed, real-time match coverage, was first used during the match between Spain and Norway. Since then, it has been used at a number of matches, including Spain's matches against Switzerland, Georgia, Cyprus, Italy and Sweden.

This technological advance has been enthusiastically welcomed by the visually impaired community as it provides them with an immersive experience of the game, allowing them to follow every exciting moment with the same intensity as any other fan.

The RFEF, through its Social Responsibility and Sustainability Department, believes that this service is now a must at major events and will therefore be available at the Women's Nations League final, reaffirming its commitment to inclusion and equal access to sport for all fans.
