Work done before heading to London

The Spanish National Team is to fly to the English capital this Thursday afternoon before facing Colombia on Friday.

Following four days of hard work at their base at the Ciudad del Fútbol, the team head to the United Kingdom to face the team with the longest current unbeaten streak in world football.

Spain are ready for the clash on Friday against Colombia at the Olympic Stadium in London. Luis de la Fuente and his team are aware they have an important test ahead as part of their preparations for Euro 2024 and the challenge of breaking the 19-game unbeaten streak of the Colombian team.

The coach led training and put the 26-player squad through their paces, prioritising ball work, including a small game, aiming to improve team cohesion in a squad full of new faces.

On Thursday afternoon, the players and coaching staff will take the plane to London, where coach Luis de la Fuente and captain Rodrigo Hernández will appear at the pre-match press conference at the London Stadium.
