Decision-making bodies

The RFEF has created two different decision-making bodies responsible for issuing licences to the Clubs:

First Instance Committee, responsible for reviewing the information provided by the UEFA License Department and for deciding to grant or deny the UEFA License.

Second Instance Committee, responsible for studying the appeals presented by the Clubs in the event that a request is rejected by the First Instance Committee.

The decision-making bodies will be independent of each other and will receive administrative assistance from the RFEF's UEFA Licensing Department.
Members are impartial and sign a declaration of impartiality and a confidentiality agreement before beginning their duties.
