‘Pioneers for life' and world champions meet before the final

A very special meeting took place on the eve of the UEFA Women's Nations League final between a group of women who represent courage, perseverance and sacrifice with world champions Irene Paredes, Jenni Hermoso and Misa Rodríguez.

The event is part of the build-up to the Nations League final being held this Wednesday at the Estadio de La Cartuja in Seville. The match will feature the so-called "Executive Box 0", a space that aims to raise awareness of different social causes. Tomorrow, it will be occupied by 40 women who, with their experience and struggle, were the promoters of equality. They are that silent generation who gave everything in exchange for nothing to advance this cause, women to whom society owes eternal gratitude.

In addition, before the start of the match, one of these women will accompany the referees carrying the final ball out onto the pitch, thus kicking off this decisive match which will start at 19:00 at La Cartuja in Seville.
