Just after 1:00 p.m. local time in Nashville (seven hours behind mainland Spain), the Iberia Airbus A350 carrying the Spanish National Team from Santiago–Rosalía de Castro Airport touched down in Tennessee. From the state capital, the squad boarded a connecting flight to Chattanooga, arriving at approximately 5:00 p.m. local time (six hours behind Spain).

Upon arrival, the delegation was officially welcomed at the airport by Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly and Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp, both of whom wished the team a successful stay and the very best in their FIFA World Cup campaign.

Meanwhile, hundreds of supporters of all ages had gathered at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown, eagerly awaiting the team's arrival. As the police-escorted convoy approached the hotel, which had been specially decorated for the occasion, the atmosphere erupted into a thunderous ovation.

Waving Spanish flags and wearing national team shirts, the fans created a spectacular welcome for the players. Their chants and enthusiasm provided an early boost of energy and encouragement as Spain begins its World Cup adventure on American soil.

The national team will hold its first training sessions in the United States on Saturday. The players are scheduled to train twice at the Baylor School Base Camp facilities, with sessions taking place at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time (six hours behind mainland Spain). The evening session will be open to accredited media representatives as well as the general public.

In addition, midfielder Álex Baena will address the media in a press conference at the same venue one hour after training concludes.
