The RFEF presents in Málaga the next challenge for Spain’s women’s national team
On Wednesday, September 24, at 13:00, Málaga City Hall will host the official presentation of the first leg of the UEFA Nations League semifinals, where Spain will face Sweden.
Currently ranked No. 1 in the FIFA Women’s World Ranking, Spain is already counting down to its next major challenge: the semifinals of the UEFA Nations League, a competition in which La Roja are the reigning champions.
Exactly one month before the match, the Salón de los Espejos at Málaga City Hall will host the official event. Attending will be the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), Rafael Louzán. The mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, will act as host, and they will be joined by the Secretary General for Sport of the Junta de Andalucía, Isabel Sánchez, and the Vice President of the Málaga Provincial Council and Deputy for Sports, Juan Rosas.
The first leg of the UEFA Nations League semifinal will be played on October 24 at La Rosaleda Stadium in Málaga, marking the debut of Sonia Bermúdez as head coach of Spain’s women’s national team.
