The squad took to the pitch at 11:00 on a warm Saturday morning in Las Rozas, following an earlier strength session in the gym.

Led by Sonia Bermúdez and her coaching staff, the players trained for 90 minutes, working on physical, technical and tactical aspects with full focus on their upcoming clash against the England women's national football team.

England are Spain’s first opponents in this international window, with both sides set to contest one of the standout fixtures in the women’s game. Top spot in Group A3—and a step closer to qualification for the 2027 World Cup in Brazil—will be on the line at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 14 April (20:00).

Intensity, effort and concentration were evident throughout the session, with players fully committed in every drill, both with and without the ball.

The squad will train again on Sunday morning before travelling to London later in the day ahead of their third qualifying fixture.

Tickets for Spain vs Ukraine are now available.
