Sonia Bermúdez to Announce Her First Squad on Friday, 17 October

Sonia Bermúdez will unveil this Friday the squad list for Spain’s UEFA Women’s Nations League semi-final clashes against Sweden. The list of selected players will be announced through the official channels of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).

Following the announcement, the national team coach will hold a press conference in the Villalonga Hall at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas to address the media.

Spain will play the first leg of the semi-final against Sweden in Málaga on 24 October at 20:00 hours, before travelling to Gothenburg for the return leg at the Gamla Ullevi Stadium on 28 October at 19:00 hours.

The press conference is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas.

The opening leg of the Nations League semi-finals will mark Sonia Bermúdez’s debut as head coach of the Spanish national team — the first match since Spain reclaimed the No. 1 spot in the FIFA World Ranking and achieved runners-up status at the UEFA Women’s Euro in Switzerland.
