Smiling, excited, and full of anticipation, the players called up by Sonia Bermúdez arrived at the Residence of the Ciudad del Fútbol. It is the final training camp of a 2025 full of legendary moments, one that could close with a new trophy. The National Team aims to retain the UEFA Women’s Nations League title against Germany in a two-leg final, after securing the runners-up spot at the EURO in Switzerland this summer and reaching number 1 in the FIFA rankings.

With their bags full of joy and the happiness of being reunited, the family of international players arrived home with their ambition intact and a firm determination to enjoy themselves and give their very best in the challenge ahead. Esther González, NWSL champion with Gotham, and Jenni Hermoso, champion of the 2025 Apertura with Tigres UANL, will join the team tomorrow.

Sonia Bermúdez and her coaching staff welcomed the players before they settled in at Las Rozas to begin preparing for the demanding two-leg final against Germany in the UEFA Women’s Nations League. The first leg will take place on Friday, 28 November at 20:30 at the Fritz-Walter-Stadion in Kaiserslautern, with the second leg on 2 December at 18:30 at the Estadio Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid.
