With Slovakia as the most likely option, the Spanish national team will find out their European Championships Last 16 opponent on Wednesday.

With a clean sweep of group stage wins, Spain are now putting all their thoughts and energy into their Last 16 match at the European Championships, scheduled for Sunday 30 June in the city of Cologne against an opponent yet to be decided.

The results in the other matches are open to speculation, but Slovakia are Spain’s most likely rival for a place in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
