International players complete their work in Spain ahead of the World Cup
The 23 players called up by Jorge Vilda trained on a sunny Monday morning on the main pitch at the Ciudad del Fútbol in a very hot and competitive atmosphere
The intense work session led by the coach will be the last for the internationals on Spanish soil, where they have been preparing for this summer's World Cup since June 19.
After the brilliant win against Panama in the first preparation match, players and coaching staff continue refining concepts before the debut on July 21 against Costa Rica in the New Zealand town of Wellington.
The entire squad will travel to Denmark on Tuesday morning to play their second preparatory match on the eve of their departure from Copenhagen to Oceania, where they will set up their training camp ahead of the World Cup opener.
