Thursday 9 October 2013. Enrique Roca Stadium in Murcia, the same stadium that last Saturday saw Spain beat Denmark in the UEFA Nations League.

Eleven years ago, the Under-21 national team culminated their preparations for the qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina en route to the European Championships on the Murcian pitch, and Álvaro Morata was the star of the final training session.

In a drill devised by goalkeeping coach Miguel Ángel España, who currently works with the Spanish National Team, had the Under-21 internationals lay siege to the two goalkeepers called up (Fernando Pacheco and Dani Sotres) along with the spain squad and Morata managed to finish off the drill with a low shot.

Eleven years later, the Ciudad del Fútbol was the scene of the same exercise in which the captain and top scorer of the national team was once again the scorer, showing off his finishing ability and a smile of satisfaction at scoring again in the same exercise.
