Romanian referee Iuliana Demetrescu will referee Spain v Belgium.

Referee appointed by UEFA to referee the match in Riazor.

Iuliana Demetrescu, born in Râmnicu Vâlcea on 10 January 1990, will be in charge of the Spain-Belgium match at the Estadio Municipal de Riazor on Tuesday.

The Romanian referee, an international match official since 2016, has previously refereed matches at Euro 2022 in England and the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the UEFA Women's Champions League and the U-17 Women's World Cup in India in 2022. She also refereed the Switzerland-Spain match on 31 October 2023, in which the national team won 7-1 in Zurich.

The match will take place this Tuesday, 16 July, at 19:00 (Spanish peninsular time) and Demetrescu will be assisted by the Romanian assistant referees Mihaela Țepușă and Roxana Ivanov on the sidelines as well as Ana Maria Terteleac as fourth official.
