A few minutes before six o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, Spanish peninsular time, the Iberia plane carrying the national team took off from Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas airport bound for Badajoz, where it is due to land fifty minutes later.

The players and coaching staff will land at the Talavera la Real Air Base and then head to their team hotel in the Badajoz capital, where they will stay until the match against Andorra.

This Tuesday, national coach Luis de la Fuente and player Marc Cucurella are set to hold a press conference at the Nuevo Vivero stadium, the venue for Wednesday's preparatory match against Andorra.

Refereed by Portuguese referee Gustavo Correia and broadcast live on La1, Spain will play their first Euro 2024 preparatory match against Andorra, followed by a match against Northern Ireland in Palma on 8 June before the finals opener against Croatia at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin on Saturday 15 June.
