The collaborating institutions enjoy the match in Córdoba.
The City Council and the Board of Andalusia, along with the RFAF, were involved in the organization of a match, during which, at halftime, they also wanted to express gratitude for the support received from Córdoba C.F. and the Andalusian Parliament.
Representatives from the collaborating institutions with the RFEF to bring the Spain-Switzerland match to Córdoba, marking the debut of the World Cup star on Spanish soil, have enjoyed a match with a resounding victory and excellent gameplay by Montse Tomé's team.
The presidential box, matching the stands as a whole, showcased a significant representation of the highest local institutions: the City Council of Córdoba, the Andalusian Parliament, the Board of Andalusia, Córdoba Club de Fútbol, RFAF... All of them played a significant role in allowing the match to take place at the Nuevo Arcángel Municipal Stadium. Alongside all of the representatives was the President of the RFEF's Managing Committee, Pedro Rocha. The President of the Higher Sports Council, Víctor Francos, also attended the match.
During halftime, the RFEF wanted to acknowledge this institutional involvement with the traditional protocol of presenting commemorative gifts. The representation from the Cordoban City Council was led by its Mayor, José María Bellido, while the President of the Andalusian Parliament, Jesús Aguirre, received the commemorative gift from Pedro Rocha on behalf of the Board of Andalusia and other regional authorities. The Secretary General of Sports for the Board, José María Arrabal, also attended the event.
On behalf of Córdoba CF, Antonio Fernández Monterrubio participated in the event; and the President of RFAF, Pablo Lozano, received the commemorative gift for the match, acknowledging the role of the territorial federation.
