The Royal Spanish Football Federation has made itself available to the territorial federations in whose communities the DANA is having an impact.

The RFEF General Secretariat, in communication with the presidents of the federations of Castilla - La Mancha and Valencia, Pablo Burillo and Salvador Gomar, as well as with other territories that could be affected, is working to urgently send winter clothing and material to be distributed to the families affected by the storm.

Spanish football wishes to express its dismay at the climate tragedy that is being experienced throughout the Spanish Levante region and sends its condolences to the families of those who have died.

As an expression of this sentiment, the RFEF has established this Wednesday that all matches in competitions organised by the RFEF that take place in the coming days will be preceded by a minute's silence in memory of the dead and in solidarity with all those affected by the DANA that, in the last few hours, has hit part of our national geography with real severity.

The matches of the first round of the Copa del Rey, as well as the matches of the third round of the Copa del Rey futsal cup, will thus begin with the memory of those who are suffering first-hand, in one way or another, from the serious floods.
