Travel plans for the Spanish Women's National Team for the matches against Italy and Sweden
Spain are training from today, Monday 27th November 2023, at the Ciudad del Fútbol residence in Las Rozas to get ready for the UEFA Women's Nations League matches against Italy and Sweden.
This afternoon, the team are training from 19.00 onwards on pitch A at the Ciudad del Fútbol, in a training session that has been made open to fans wanting to see the World Champions train free of charge. Fans attending the event are encouraged to collaborate, if they wish, with the toy collection campaign being run by the RFEF under the slogan "Don't stop playing for solidarity".
On Tuesday 28th November, the training session will be at 6.45pm and on Wednesday 29th November, at 11.45am. In both cases, the first 15 minutes of each of session will be open to media wishing to attend.
The national team travelling party leave for Galicia on Thursday at 11.00 a.m., on a flight scheduled to arrive in Vigo at 12.00 p.m., and from there they will continue by road to Sangenjo. The official pre-match press conference will take place at the Pasarón stadium from 16.00, while the official training session starts at 17.00 at the same venue.
The following day, Spain are to play their fifth match of the competition against the Italian national team. The match kicks off at 21.30 and you can follow it on La 1 TVE. After the match, the team are due to return to Madrid on a flight scheduled to arrive at 02.15 a.m. on Saturday 2nd at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
On Sunday 3rd December, the team are training in the morning at the Ciudad del Fútbol (12.15pm). The following day, Monday 4th December, the team are heading to Malaga to play their second and final match of this international break against Sweden. Arrival in Malaga is scheduled for 12.30pm.
The official press conference will take place at La Rosaleda stadium at 17.30, and then at 18.30 the team will train at the stadium, with the first 15 minutes open to the media.
The match will take place at La Rosaleda stadium on Tuesday 5th December at 19.00 (Spanish peninsula time) and it will be the last international match of the year 2023.
