Spanish football, awarded at the FIFA Ballon d'Or Gala

Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo has won his third FIFA Ballon d'Or and Spanish National Team internationals Sergio Ramos and Andrés Iniesta have been selected for the FIFA World XI

The FIFA ceremony where the Ballon d'Or and other individual distinctions were awarded at the Congress Palace in Zurich has had a good result for Spanish football.  

Part of the Spanish National Team players like Sergio Ramos and Andrés iniesta have been includad in the FIFA FIFPro World XI, Team of the Year 2014 Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo and F.C. Barcelona footballer, Lionel Messi. 

The Colombian footballer James Rodríguez of Real Madrid has won the Puskas Prize, award to the Best Goal of the Year. 

With regards to coaches, Atlético Madrid's Diego Pablo Simeone and Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti made up part of the three finalists along with accolade winner Joachim Löw, Best Coach of the Year 2014. 

The most popular prize and the last to be announced, the FIFA Ballon d'Or, counted with Spanish football representatives with the nominations of Lione Messi of F.C. Barcelona, Manuel Neuer of Bayern Munich and Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid who collected the prize for the third time in his career. 

A great series of accolades that showcases the quality of Spanish football, admired, respected and prized on an international scale by all of those who love the sport: football.
