On Wednesday morning, with cooler temperatures and stronger winds than in previous days, the Spanish national team continued its preparations in Mallorca for Matchday 5 of the qualification campaign for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup in Brazil.

Following a gym session, the players laced up their boots and took to the pitch at the Antonio Asensio Sports Complex. Under the guidance of head coach Sonia Bermúdez and her coaching staff, the squad completed a long and intensive training session focused on refining technical, tactical and physical aspects of their game, both with and without the ball.

With just 48 hours remaining before facing Sarina Wiegman's England side for the fifth time in a little over a year, the team maintained a high level of concentration and intensity throughout the session as preparations enter their final stages.

Spain will return to work on Thursday at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix, where the official pre-match training session is scheduled to begin at 18:30 local time.
