Back on the training pitch with the final in mind

With the echoes of the euphoria following the historic semi-final win over France yet to die down, the national team has returned to work at the SV Aasen 1928 facilities.

The training ground in Donaueschingen was the scene of a gentle recovery session that brought together the players who played less minutes against France, while the first-choice players trained separately from the rest of the squad

 

All this on the morning after Spain learned that England will be their opponents for the title in the final of the European Championships this coming Sunday at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.

The national team returned to the training on Thursday morning with all available players training at the same intensity under the orders of Luis de la Fuente.
