Bye bye Cuidad del Fútbol, Olympic Games, here we come

After 22 days of preparing for the big event and two official matches in between, the Spanish National Team has now left the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas and is headed for Nantes.

The squad has been together since 31 June when they met up in Los Ángeles de San Rafael. Then, after a week of training in the town of Segovia, the entire squad moved to Madrid to continue on their path towards being in the best shape possible for the Olympic Games.

Once the qualification phase for EURO 2025 in Switzerland was completed with a victory in Riazor and the top spot in the group secured, our team was able to focus 100% on their Olympic debut against Japan next Thursday, 25th, in Nantes.

This Sunday, the National Team set off with the greatest enthusiasm towards one of their greatest aspirations: the Paris Olympic Games. The squad, through the their team leaders, have expressed their appreciation at being able to prepare so well and commented that there is no lack of motivation on the eve of such a historic Olympic Games that is even inspiring this legendary generation of Spanish footballers.
