OFFICIAL | Squad announcement for the matches against Denmark and Switzerland

"We will play for all of you". With this resounding commitment to solidarity, on Friday national team coach Luis de la Fuente announced the list of players called up for the matches that will round off the group stage of the UEFA Nations League this month.

It comes at a very special moment in the aftermath of a violent storm that hit the Iberian Peninsula a few days ago, causing hundreds of victims, especially in the area of Valencia.

The images of the volunteers removing mud and debris were the central feature of the squad announcement that will have had a strong effect on people during their working week.

On a strictly sporting level, Spain need at least a point to top their group ahead of the quarter-final scheduled for March next year.
