Olga Carmona: "I think the team is looking good"
The Andalusian left wing-back highlighted the good spirits in the squad following a strong start to the tournament: "The team is doing very well. Starting this Euros with a win was important, but we have to stay grounded and we know that every team is going to make life very difficult for us."

Olga Carmona acknowledged that the squad's next opponents will be no walkovers, saying "We’re expecting a very strong Belgium, but we know our own strengths. We have to dominate possession and try to minimise the threats they pose." In the same vein, the international stated that controlling possession could be key in tomorrow’s match against the Belgians.
Regarding her good understanding with Esther González, the international asserted that "we understand each other very well and we talk a lot. I always try to find her on the pitch."

To conclude, the full-back from Seville played down the label of favourites that other teams are placing on Spain: "We want to take it game by game and focus on our path through the competition”.
