Spain hold pre-match training session at the Capital Do Móvel stadium

The national team have completed their final training session ahead of tomorrow’s match against Portugal and are now all set to go. The Spanish and Portuguese face off in matchday 3 of the UEFA Women’s Nations League qualifying stage. The Portuguese, led by Francisco Neto, currently sit top of Group A3 with 4 points.

Following the press conference with the head coach and forward Mariona Caldentey, the squad trained held an intense training session in order to prepare for tomorrow’s match, focusing on both physical and tactical aspects. The squad’s goal is to be in the best possible shape for the first of a double-header against Portugal, who they meet again in Vigo next Tuesday, 8th April.

But first, the opening match takes place tomorrow at the Capital do Móvel stadium in Paços de Ferreira, kicking off at 20:45 (Spanish peninsular time) (La 2, TVE).
