Spain settles in Wellington to prepare for the World Cup quarterfinals
While the city of Auckland witnessed the historic feat of the first victory in a World Cup knockout stage, Wellington will have the honor of hosting Spain's debut in the quarterfinals of the World Cup.
It will take place on Friday, August 11th, at the Regional Stadium in the New Zealand capital facing the current world runners-up, with game time set for 3 AM.

To prepare for this significant event as best as possible, the Women's National Team is already working in Wellington, where they have already completed a full training session on Sunday evening.
The 23 called-up players will gradually increase the intensity of their sessions throughout the week under the guidance of coach Jorge Vilda, aiming to reach the ideal competitive level for the clash against the Dutch.
