The president of the RFEF represented Spanish football at the meeting of the Interministerial Commission formed for the FIFA World Cup 2030 and announced a future meeting to be held in September with all the countries involved in the hosting of the World Cup

FIFA meeting with World Cup bidding nations kicks off in Zurich

A three-day information sharing seminar for the bidding host nations for the upcoming FIFA World Cups took place at FIFA headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. This workshop was part of the bidding process for the 2030 and 2034 editions of the tournament. For this reason, a Spanish delegation participated, together with their Moroccan and Portuguese counterparts, as representatives of the joint bid for the 2030 World Cup.
